 style="font-family:">Les championnats regionaux de relais-cross U18 a
 Masters auront lieu dans le cadre du cross de Segre a 11h00 le 7
 decembre 2025 (premiere course du programme de la
 journee).</span></span></span></p>

 style="line-height:115%"><span aptos="" style="font-family:">Les
 equipes seront composees de quatre athletes avec l’obligation
 d’avoir deux feminines et deux masculins. L’ordre des coureurs
 est impose : <strong>masculin-feminin-masculin-feminin</strong> les
 annees paires <strong>(donc pour cette saison 2026)</strong> et
 feminin-masculin-feminin-masculin les annees
 impaires.</span></span></span></p>

 style="line-height:115%"><span aptos="" style="font-family:">Pour le
 classement TC, l’equipe pourra se composer d’athletes de la
 categorie U20 (juniors) a la categorie

 style="line-height:115%"><span aptos="" style="font-family:">Pour le
 classement U20, l’equipe pourra se composer d’athletes des
 categories U18 (cadets) et U20 (juniors) mais chaque equipe a
 l’obligation d’avoir <b>au moins un U18 F ou
 M.</b> </span></span></span></p>

 style="line-height:115%"><span aptos="" style="font-family:">Meme
 s’il n’y aura qu’une seule course, les equipes inscrites en
 categorie U20 auront un classement separe de l’epreuve TC. Elles ne
 pourront pas pretendre au classement TC</span></span></span></p>
